Hailing from the small island of Cyprus, Andreas is a filmmaker and film critic with a strong affinity towards the strange, taboo and philosophical sides of cinema.

Having graduated with first class honours from the University of Essex, he harbours a strong belief in engaging in a powerful dialogue about the socio-cultural effects of film and its status as the ultimate form of self-expression.

Additionally, Andreas has won multiple awards during his time at Essex, including the University of the Third Age Literature Prize for Best Second Year Student and Best Independent Project (2024-25) for both his theoretical and practical work in Film Studies.
